Based on more than 10 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, we chose to be the primary cloud provider and deploy to the Singapore Datacenter for our customers in Southeast Asia.

Operate by specialists

Operate by a specialized team. Our strict policy means that all employees will not be able to access customer data without direct permission from the customer.

Storage

We use Cloud storage with full encryption. All files uploaded with Dimdata application will be saved directly to the cloud storage using the standard API.

Search engine cluster

High performance and scalable Search engine cluster. All the data stored and transmitted is encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption standards.

Database

We use a managed database service, SOC 2 type II compliant and GDPR certified, which features high database connections and always-on data encryption.
