The following information will help DIMDATA customers determine
if they are eligible for a free product upgrade.Who is eligible for a free upgrade?
Any customer with a current purchased license you're guaranteed
to get free upgrades for life. You are eligible.
What do I need to upgrade?
Customers will need their DIMDATA Software License Code
to upgrade. The code was included on the original DIMDATA product
confirmation message sent to customers.
Will I be able to purchase additional features for the
products I currently own?
During the free upgrade process, customers will have an
opportunity to add features and upgrade free for your product. For
example, customers can upgrading FilePackager Standard Edition
4.0 to FilePackager Standard Edition 5.0. You can't
upgrade The Standard Edition to Professional Edition.
